BLA.CA DESIGN emerges from the fusion of two unique and complementary worlds in design and architecture, personified by Alberto Bernabé. The brand is founded on a rich diversity of experiences, elevating the creation of spaces to unprecedented levels of inspiration and connection.
Alberto Bernabé, with roots in the south of Alicante, grew up surrounded by the rich culture of orchards, fields, and beaches in the region. His early connection with construction, combined with an interest in new technologies, has enriched his architectural perspective. His education in Alicante and Valencia, along with his experience in various studios, has allowed him to approach architecture from multiple angles, from respect for context to critique of consumerist and speculative practices. This diversity of experiences has defined his vision of architecture that finds balance between innovation and tradition.
Moreover, thanks to his close relationship with the interior of the province of Alicante, he has been deeply influenced by its nature and local craftsmanship. This connection has nurtured his interest in the history and architecture of the place, which, combined with his background, has allowed him to establish a vision that harmonizes aesthetics and functionality, endowing each space with a story and a purpose.
Alberto, combining his extensive experience and shared vision across different cultures, created BLA.CA DESIGN. It is the heart of a firm that seeks to redefine design and architecture, creating spaces that inspire, connect, and endure.
